New to me R4514. Hard, impossible, to move the blade angle to zero with the adjusting wheel. Hangs up at about 5 degrees.
If I push on the “tilt plate” in the rear, that gets it “over the hump” and I can push it to Zero. The wheel seems to move OK from there and gives normal resistance moving off of Zero.
What can the problem be?
