One idea I’ve given a few times is something small that adds a nice vibe to a workshop. I’ve used the fall incense collection at home and in my garage, and the scents make the space feel a lot warmer without taking up room like bigger gift items do. Stuff like that pairs well with practical tools and still feels a bit unexpected.
