They are almost identical, Stanley one is for 120kg and the Expert one is for 130kg.
Wood’s Power-Grip makes a similar one as well.
Bohle is another brand making suction lifters similar to the ones from Wood’s Power-Grip. These two brands are not as quality as the Stanley and Expert ones as the metal parts are made of two welded pieces on each side.
