After one year the mechanism that raises and lowers the blade stripped and would not move up or down. I have ordered twice and received the wrong part both times. My elevating shaft is 6” long and 3/8”. Of all the elevating shafts I have seen, they are 5” long. Can someone direct me to where I can find the correct elevating shaft and block for a RTS23T table saw. Tried Ryobi but was told this saw didn’t have a elevating shaft. Thanks

The RTS23T parts manual shows item 17 as the elevating shaft, P/N 089037007042.
Has that part been tried but doesn’t work?
Is it a different part that needs replacement?
Can a replacement part be fabricated using something like threaded rod?
