I think brands within CAS (Metabo and others) in some cases are producing the same tool with different colours with different brand names.

I have seen some strange similarities in some tools and this gave me the feeling that these brands can actually join together as one brand (not as an alliance) in near future. What do you think?! 

One case is the mini grinder produced by both Metabo and Baier, it seems they are exactly the same tool just different colours.
