Can anyone please identify what this breaker chisel fitting is? It is 14mm across the hex flats or 17mm across the points. What drill would it have been for? Thanks for any help

It doesn’t appear to have been impacted w/ a BFH, so the intended usage was w/ a hex drive, not a hammer.
