The manual says to use 10 inch blade only . Is it OK to replace the 10 inch with a 7 1/2 blade. I am new to woodworking.
Just get the proper blade. Your cut capacity will be severely limited by the smaller blade, and it is more than likely that your smaller blade will have the wrong size hole for the arbor, and wont even fit. I personally use Makita 32 tooth blade on my C3610DRJ, which basically same saw but cordless.
