I have my hilti TE 80 stuck in reverse (anti clockwise) how do I get it going the right way Clockwise

Doing the love dance for concrete munching Hilti. I’ve replaced several. In 37 years, I’ve never killed one. Even the apprentices usually quit, before the 75 will. That brand is a beast
