I over drilled a nailed and heard a click. Now I believe my chuck is loose as sometimes a drill bit would fall out and doesn’t seem to have that firm grip as before. How do I go about fixing this?
You can take the chucks off and take a closer look. Something is defective because if you over drilled a fastener, that shouldn’t be enough to break a chuck. Chucks are usually pretty strong.
