Hi,
I have a bosch brushless drill GSB 18 V-EC. Sometimes when I used my drill it stops in the middle of the job and start working again like after a few seconds. I tried bringing it to the repair shop but they can’t figure what is wrong with it. Hope someone here can help me figure out the problem. Thanks.
Why don’t you email them directly? Local repairs might not be familiar with this issue. Do you have warranty for the tool ?
I have had the same problem with the same drill from when it was new. I have two batteries, it happens on both. It does not happen on any of my other 18v Bosch tools that I use with the same batteries. I will contact Bosch service and report how I get on.
I used to have a similar problem with 2 brushless Bosch impact drivers I used to have and it put it down to the electronics just miss behaving every now and then , on my impacts it use to stop working when the battery got down to 2 bars and then I would swap battery and the tool would work then I could put the other one back on and it would be fine

We have had this happen with other tools also. I have a Milwaukee it’s happening with. My best guess is either something in the trigger assemble or the circuit board.
