Am I doing something wrong? The bit will not come out. The collet nut is loosened but the collet tip is clamped down on the mandrel.
It came out, now the mandrel will not go back in. The collet does not open or close!!
Watch the first minute of this video. Not sure if this is your issue but I know I had this issue with my m18 die grinder the first time I used it. Hope this helps.
This is quite normal, not quite sure why Milwaukee use this facility, you unscrew…it goes loose, then you have to unscrew some more using the spanner’s. Annoying but normal..
