Bosch PSR 300 LI whistling problem ?

Hello, I have problem with my Bosch PSR 300 LI, sometimes it working normally, and sometimes it is ”whistling” like in this video :

Is this some kind of electronics problem in it, or what kind of fault is this, can it be fixed ?
