Cool move in my opinion
Hmmm very cool, this will be next addition to my Makita set…
So basically a normal circular saw with a swapped out base plate. I like the Bosch where they not only have guide rail compatibility but they added some features that you get from track saws.
I think it’s a good move but Makita neutered the saw by reducing its capacity. Probably so it does not out sell the track saw.
