Just picked up a DHR242 18V SDS drill as a repair project for next to nothing.
I like to think I am a pretty hands on chap, work on cars motorbikes, carpenter by trade and would like to learn a bit about repairing power tools, this will be my first project of this type.
So have checked battery which is fine.
when you pull the trigger it makes a noise, but moves a bit but doesn’t fully revolve.
Have seen a video on how to dis assemble, and have a multi meter, thats as much as I know what to do.
sort of guessing that when u pull the trigger makes a noise and slight movement guessing switch ok…
What could I test from here on??

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
And….drum roll please….spammer.
