Does Milwaukee still make an M18 battery charger that will access both AC power and 12 volt vehicle outlet?
You’re not going to like the price. I’d buy an inverter if it was necessary to charge in-vehicle.

Seconding the inverter, you’ll be able to use it for more than just charging Milwaukee batteries and you can upgrade chargers as new ones come out or if you add another battery lineup.
This is what you’re looking for. Unfortunately it has been discontinued but some online retailers still have them in stock. It’s not cheap and some of the retailers are automatically switching it to the newer dc only M18/M12 charger.
