I’ve had the TM3010C for just under two years now. The other day in the middle of a cut the tool just stopped. Replaced the plug and took it apart to see if there were any loose connections and nothing popped out. Any ideas as to what is going on/what I need to replace?
Shouldnt it be under warranty? But sounds like its the brushes.
Brushes, can they move freely in the brush holder, are the springs still pushing the brushes, check trigger next
People covered it pretty good here brushes or trigger. Easiest is probably sending it it for warranty work.
Thanks guys. The tool had a one year warranty. I appreciate the help.
Did you check the things we mentioned ? 🙂
It is most likely a broken lead wire going to the winding. There are a few good videos on You Tube on how to fix the problem. Just need some basic skills and a soldering pen. Good Luck.
