Welcome. My brother drives heavy trucks and semis for the Army on the Crane naval base in Indiana. (Yes, Army on a Navy base) It is basically an ammo dump and no where near an ocean. They refurbish, destroy, or import/export munitions as necessary. He has to jump through all kinds of hooks to keep his commercial license and hazmat current. Take care out there.
