I recently bought the DCS380 20V reciprocating saw and was cutting plastic pipe. The saw stopped working and when I engage the trigger it will not work and emits a solid tone. Anybody seen this and know how to fix?

Yep after being on hold for 30 minutes finally talked tp somebody at Dewalt. In getting repaired now. Thanks.
