Well guys I absolutely love Milwaukee power tools use them everyday in the mud, rain, etc and never had a problem love how all the new technology keeps the same batteries so you don’t have to upgrade! I have all 18v stuff nothing to fancy none of the one key although I would love to have it but tell me guys what gonna come this year? I am looking to invest in some 12v stuff and better 18v but don’t wanna waste money on it if something cooler and more convenient for me comes out soon? Tell me all of your thoughts or what you would like to see! I would like to see a better 18v rapid charge station or like a electric demo saw or something idk lol
I’d like to see a 3 speed hammer drill driver even if it was a little bigger than the 2704 I wouldn’t mind. They could still keep the current models as compact versions they are so small! But in reality I would like better lighting on their drill and impact and better venting on their drill too. And I think it’s about time an m18 fuel hackzall came out.
like to see a fuel jigsaw in both flavors, now that the 9.0ah is in the field a cordless trim router or larger, oh and I want the brush cutter when it hits the shelves…
I have the 18/12v rapid charger station, it’s the best charger you can buy when using both sizes of batteries. Not sure how much better they could make it, i love it.
I don’t know….maybe they could introduce more lighting options lol

That’s one thing that is disappointing with Milwaukee the lighting on their tools isn’t that innovative.
Battery powered demolition saw
I really love the Milwaukee M12 Fuel Drills. I just wish they could make them uber compact. After seeing what Makita has done with their 18v line, I’m sure Milwaukee could make a super compact M12 line of drills/drivers

you must cool the batteries quickly then
More Fuel!!!! 🙂 not sure if this was helpful or not.
I’m still holding out for an M12 pop rivet gun. Of course this desire has been burning for the several years now. Every year I come here and get my hopes up, and every year I just wind up disappointed ?

not to worry, it will come out minutes after the 90 day limit of returns when you buy a different brand…….

I saw a 12volt pop river gun but I can not remember who made it.

I remember there were multiple discussions on this, but the ones already available are expensive…
Yea, Marson and a couple other companies make them, but they are high dollar and obviously incompatible with mainstream tools.
Astro released a nut riveter a year or so ago, but it didn’t do anything for me.
I wouldn’t mind a better blade for the portable bandsaws, maybe carbide tipped or something.
I would like to see a nice job site tool bag. Sometimes the hard cases just get in the way of all the material you are hauling so a strong tool bag would be nice!
i’m waiting for the weed whacker….
M12 glue gun, M12 inflater/deflator. M12 pencil sharpener (#2 pencils and carpenter pencils) M18 router.

I could go for a M12 glue gun…….ok Milwaukee that’s 2 of us…..
I hate to admit it, but am M12 glue gun would be pretty cool.

Home Depot sells Hanson pencil sharpener that fits in a drill chuck, it doesn’t doe carpenters but it does #2s, turns any drill into a sharpener

M12 glue gun would be great.
Wonder what hat kind of performance an M12 soldering gun would be capable of delivering ?

ha I only have one pencil, if I had more than one it would be a no-brainer…lol
Milwaukee was going to release things like a M12 digital camera at one point. I think it was stuart that had a poster from a Milwaukee event that had planned but never released M12 tools. Obviously the camera idea died with the rise of smartphones. The Ryobi phoneworks seems to be a flop though. They did some crap that made it a pain to use though you had to log in create an account to use the tool and it wasn’t simple either.

I think the issue would be that it’s too low amperage. I guess maybe if they did really low voltage with higher amperage it would create more resistance and heat, but wattage is wattage. I’d be interested. I generally use a butane soldering iron.
black and decker has a glue gun

I agree on the M18 Hackzall Fuel model and add an adjustable shoe to it

Yes! For me it wouldn’t even have to be ONE-KEY[emoji769], I only held out from buying one so long because I was waiting for a M18 fuel model. My father bought me one though and I’m not complaining, you’d just think that by now they would have done it already.

need a router.. small trim router would do.

When the 18v impact is shorter than the 12v it gets rather irritating.
I want to see the one key get bigger and used more in other tools. I think its great where they are going.#tiacrew
I would love to see a cordless palm router from Milwaukee

With Ryobi being on their second version of a cordless palm router, and the Ridgid version doing so well, hopefully Milwaukee gets on board and realizes that it would benefit them to make one too. With the M18 miter saw being introduced this year Hopefully with the release of the M18 miter saw they’re going to be introducing new tools for carpenters and woodworkers. They have put out a lot of tools for some trades in the last few years while ignoring others.

If they could find a way to shrink them I’d be all in. My m12 fuel impact stays either inside my veto Tech MCT, or in my belt pouch, so slimmer would be better. Though I’m not sure much could be done with the handles at this point.

While I doubt they’ll be releasing them any time soon (or even planning them at all) I would like to see more wood working related tools. A table saw that is comparable to the Flexvolt one, a stationary/benchtop band saw, and a cordless router would be great. I think they could make a M12 trim router and make one of their larger routers M18 powered.
Of the things they have announced I want both a string trimmer and blower. I hate dealing with gas powered outdoor equipment because I’m terrible at remembering to fill up the gas can. I always have M18 batteries charged. If they could make a M18 lawn mower that would be amazing, but not expecting it unless the blower and trimmers sell well.

I really want to see a M18 10-1/4″ circular saw. With the 9.0 batteries there’s really no reason they can’t make one besides them not wanting to. They made the miter saw which goes to show it’s possible to run a blade that size on a battery.

I’d say get the ridgid, it’s not even very expensive for a full kit! If you’re doing that work regularly, that justifies it already… just my $.02
I still like the pod style on my m12 drill/impact though, just because the m18 impact is shorter doesn’t mean it appeals to everybody more… that’s why I like the way bosch went with their 12v tools as well. It is smaller around and overall a smaller footprint, i can fit it in my everyday tool box.
I would love to see what Milwaukee can come out with in terms of cordless dust collection systems for cement drilling or cutting or whatever… I like what Makita is doing, so would be curious to see if they can up the game…
A portable inflator wouldn’t be bad

Didn’t you take the Bosch back because they were too fat?

I meant pod style batteries drill overall work better for me. I mentioned Bosch because they too do the style Milwaukee has. But yes, they were bigger around than the Milwaukee, so I took it back
