Spent 30 minutes at HILTI store discussing this vacuum, ordered , got it- what’s up with the plug on this thing? It’s 120V, but not one I’m familiar with and certainly not one that’s going to plug in anywhere I work. Is this the Swedish model or something sent to me by mistake? Or am I supposed to get some kind of adapter to make this thing work on a standard American plug? Any help much appreciated.

Picture? My guess is they mislabeled the box and it wasn’t intended for the North American market.
Is the onboard outlet the correct one?
The Video shows a normal N/A 120v outlet. Some how you must have been shipped a odd version is the plug for the thing a normal NA 120v I do see something about a twist lock adapter though
could you remove the Swedish one then install a NA one?
Same thing on my end. I have the Bulldog Tough u-ground to twist adapter. With the adapter it will work in the States.
