Buddy of mine opened up a shop recently so I figured I would make him a sign…….
just so ya know labour is spelled that way in Canada…….
start off with gluing up some Black Ash, run it through the planer ect ect…..
run a roman ogee bit around border paint it matte black, sand off top again when dry…..80gt first then 220gt to really smooth out top….

Cut out decal but use it as a stencil, tape all the top off so only lettering gets the paint…….

Nice job comp!
This is a great idea to make a cheap shop sign, but if you want to order a professional signboard for your shop, you have to spend more and order lettering boards.
I absolutely love it hahaha😁
