1. Bring the two ends of your wire together to make a loop, and feed the ends through the loop around your hose or part. Once around works for attaching two things; twice around is for pressure.
2. Make sure the wires aren’t crossed or overlapped.
3. Put the nose of the tool right under the loop, wrap the wire ends up and around each peg, and twist them together like a bread tie.
4. Pop the loop into the notch at the bottom of the tool and start turning the handle.
5. When it’s tight, flip the tool over if you have space. If not, go just past 90 degrees to get the tool out of the way.
6. Trim the ends, push them down and lock them in place.
