If you’ve been following along, you’ve probably already read my last two pieces - 1) Hilti Unboxed and 2) Why Hilti Dominates. The first one covered what I saw and experienced during my trip to Germany, the people, the culture, and the precision that drives Hilti. The second broke down why they lead the industry, their systems, testing, and mindset that put engineering over marketing.

This article is the next step, a look at what’s coming. Hilti’s new tools for 2026 show exactly why the company continues to stay ahead of everyone else. I saw a lot of new gear that impressed me, not just for their power, but for how much thought went into protecting the end user.  I only have some of the tools below; they did show off a lot more than just these tools below.

What stood out to me most was how Hilti continues to respect every form of power. While most brands are abandoning corded or gas tools, Hilti still supports all three: cordless, corded, and gas because they know every jobsite is different.

These new 2026 tools show just how far Hilti has come. They’re not chasing trends; they’re building better systems, faster, safer, and more connected than ever.

Cordless Power & Modular Storage System

Hilti absolutely nailed this category. Their ProKit modular storage system is the best-designed on the market - tough, organized, and built for real work. Here is our ProKit Review. It stacks, locks, and rolls better than anything else out there, and Hilti’s already expanding the lineup with even more units.

Their Nuron battery platform is still the best cordless system in the industry, no question. The power, reliability, and smart diagnostics put it in a class of its own, and the chargers are fast, efficient, and built like tanks.

Hilti also added a few new items in this lineup, making this category even stronger. If you’ve been on the fence about switching to a full cordless platform, now’s the time. This is the system worth investing in.

Wood Cutting Tools

Hilti stepped it up in the wood cutting category this year. They added new tools, and it’s clear they’re serious about giving carpenters, framers, and finishing pros a complete cordless lineup. The performance, balance, and build quality are what you’d expect from Hilti.

But what really caught my attention is the new table saw. Hilti hasn’t just built another cordless saw; they’ve built one with smart features that actually make sense. I am also excited about the new vacuum hose connection and Bluetooth auto-start system that you can add onto multiple different tools to make the jobsite cleaner. Hoses are always a pain, but the new hose system is going to be a step-up up from every other system on the market.

Consumables Management

This is one of Hilti’s smartest and most practical categories. Managing bits, fasteners, anchors, and other consumables is something every contractor and company struggles with and Hilti finally built a real solution. Their Consumables Management System takes the guesswork out of inventory, keeps supplies organized, and cuts down on wasted time and materials.

The lineup includes smart lockers, refill systems, and tracking features that let teams stay stocked and efficient without over-ordering. It’s all designed to integrate seamlessly into Hilti’s ecosystem, from digital tracking to jobsite delivery. This is a huge step forward for productivity and cost control.

Demolition Tools

Hilti’s demolition lineup is nothing short of impressive. The TE 3000-22 still blows me away every time I see it in action, the fact that a tool with that kind of breaking power can run cordless is incredible. It’s engineered perfectly: balanced, powerful, and designed to take serious abuse while staying smooth to handle.

But it’s not just the flagship that stands out. Every demolition tool in this lineup carries the same level of innovation, from vibration reduction and tool balance to smarter power management and energy transfer. Hilti managed to take one of the toughest jobsite categories and make it cleaner, safer, and more efficient without sacrificing power.

This category is packed with some of Hilti’s most impressive innovations. Fastening into concrete and steel is one of the toughest jobs on any site and Hilti nailed it with four seriously advanced tools. Each one is designed for precision, speed, and safety, giving pros more control and consistency than ever before.

Diamond Drilling Tools

Hilti’s diamond drilling lineup for 2026 is pure precision and power. These tools are built for professionals who need fast, clean holes in reinforced concrete and stone. The engineering behind this lineup is what sets it apart: smoother operation, smarter water management, and cordless performance that rivals corded systems.

What really stands out is how much control these tools give the user. The drilling feels stable, efficient, and safe, no sudden snags or power drops. This was a surprising and impressive category in Hilti’s 2026 lineup. Seeing fully cordless compaction tools on the jobsite feels like the next big leap forward. No gas, no cords, just grab the tool, drop a battery in, and get to work.

Hilti managed to keep the power and vibration you need for soil, gravel, and asphalt compaction, but with far less noise and zero emissions. The runtime is longer than you’d expect. No messing around with gas and dealing with the hassles.

Manufacturing & Testing: Inside Hilti’s Process

When you look at Hilti’s 2026 lineup, the power, features, and safety improvements across the Nuron platform, it’s clear they’re building on something bigger than just good engineering.
