Overview
The dining room has plaster walls with very little insulation. New windows were installed. There is a single light that doesn’t provide much lighting. There are old wood floors.
Goal
Room needs to be updated. The ceiling sags, the wood floors need repair and we need more lighting in the room. Since this is a center room in the house, we want it to be clutter free and easy to walk through to other room.
Work to be Completed
- Remove plaster
- insulate wall
- Remove old wood panels
- Add more lighting
- Add more outlets
- Fix wood flooring
