Overview
Most of the porch is encased with glass windows. There are 6 windows in the front and 2 on each side. On the inside of the porch, there are three windows that separate the living area from the porch. Currently, the porch is a two-season room as it’s not heated or cooled.
When we moved in we replaced the tile floor with new tile and epoxy grout.
Goal
We want to turn this into a four season room and still allow plenty of natural light into the porch. We also want more light at night.

- New Windows (inside and outside)
- New Front Door
- New Screen Door
- New Entrance Door
- Insulation on ceiling and between house and porch
- Three flat panel lights
- Added electrical outlets
