Overview
The basement is a large open area. When we first moved in, the basement was divided and not really a place to hang out or play for the kids. We took down the walls, opened it up, painted the walls and floor, plus changed out the windows. We still get water in the basement when it rains heavy.
Goal
We want it for a play area for the kids.
Work to be Completed
- Install Epoxy floors
- Seal basement so water doesn’t enter
- Change pipes under floor
- New support beams
