Bosch Combo Kit Giveaway – Sweet

15

What better way to start off the day with an awesome Bosch 18V cordless combo kit, model CLPK402-181.  Funny story, we were in Vegas for the World of Concrete and our name was picked to win this combo kit.  We finally won something.  However we thought it would be much cooler to give this kit to one of the TIA crew members so here we are.  We thought long and hard, well not long and we aren’t very bright, so not very hard.  Since this is an awesome giveaway, we wanted to do something special.  We have an awesome forum that is really growing a lot.  We wanted to do something to say thanks for the current members, but also entice new people to check it out and see how great the forum is.  Trust us when we say we have the best members.

So what we are doing is anyone who has 50 posts by October 1, 2015 will be entered to win.  So all the people who have been contributing over time are all ready entered to win.  For all the new people, you have plenty of time to work up to 50 post.  Now we do want real substance in the forum, so if you just post one word, we aren’t counting that.  Our goal here is to reward the current and introduce new people to the forum.  So we are looking for substance. All we say is use common sense and you will by fine.

  1. Bosh tools are nice. I have a few with cords but this cordless set looks good. I noticed the dewalt reciprocating saw on top of your tool box in the background. It spears to be the compact version. I have been debating on the regular one and the compact one. Can y’all give me some input. I already have the dewalt 20 volt xr hammer drill and impact. Then went out and got the circular saw and last week needed the oscillating tool so I got the xr kit now want to get a reciprocating saw. Thanks tools in action. You guys sold me on the tough system cases too.

  2. Wow. I need this so bad you won’t believe. I moved in the middle of nowhere, with my idh182 and my dds181 on the plane. I just got hired to redo a cow corral. I’m not vocal; but the TIA forum is something I check every chance I can. And I think I might be a bigger bosch fan than madman. Swear by bosch cordless/corded (only 12v multi tool crapped out on me. I hate to rant but I’ve been eyeing this kit and realized a couple months ago that the electronic shutoff on the hdh/dds 181 is overrated (for me). You have no idea how this would help me Dan and Eric, I’ve been following your youtube videos and you guys led me to your forum. You guys shouted me out on youtube last year (Shavo22 , Eric butchered it but whatever). This kit would be everything To me, you have no idea

  3. Drool!!!, I love Bosch stuff. I have their 12v line and its been fantastic, totally wanna get into their 18v line someday.

  4. No thanks! I love forums for specific things- trucks, guns, fabricating but general tools? Nah, I don’t have the time. Cool kit though.

  5. I’m drooling and in need I have some tools! I my vehicle broken into beginning of the summer and was robbed of all my cordless Milwaukee power tools. The lack of respect that people have disgust me. Taking away a man’s means to support his family really ticks me of! . These would be so awesome, wonderful, and a life saver. Not to play the guilt card. Good luck everyone!

  6. I just began woodworking again, building my shop around a 45 year old Craftsman circular saw, jig saw, belt sander, and corded drill. After retiring in 2019, the money for wood working tools is hard to find. This set of tools would be a welcome addition in my new wood shop.
