Milwaukee Wireless Jobsite Speaker 2891-20

Since I first heard about the Milwaukee Wireless Jobsite Speaker 2891-20, I have been wanting one so bad.  See, I am the guy who likes to jam out or at least have some background noise at all times.  I think when things are quiet and I am alone with my thoughts, I get too scared.  So when Milwaukee announced the wireless speakers, I was excited. Now before I go on I want to clarify something.  Read the title again, this is a Milwaukee Wireless Jobsite Speaker 2891-20, which means it’s just a speaker and speaker only.  There is not a radio...

Radio Death Match – Best Cordless Radio

As you know, we love to have fun at Tools in Action.  We don’t take ourselves seriously and we love destroying things.  So we thought about it and decided that destroying some radios would be a blast.  So we reached out to some manufacturers and got our hands on some of the most popular cordless radios on the market.  Now before I go on I want to get a couple of things straight.  First, this isn’t scientific.  This is just something we wanted to do and have some fun with.  We knew that no radio would survive to the...

Milwaukee M18 Radio 2890-20

Yes, Milwaukee already has a lot of radios in their line up, but really what is one more?  Just in case you’re wondering, no it’s not replacing the Bluetooth 2792.  This is an update to the 2790-20. You have to understand this radio.  This radio is not designed with all the bells and whistles of their 2792.  This radio doesn’t have Bluetooth and it won’t charge your batteries.  This is just your standard tough, rugged, work radio.  Since it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, the price point is much lower which is only $119.  Now while some people...

Milwaukee M12 Wireless Jobsite Speaker 2592-20

Last year about this time, Milwaukee came out with the M18 Bluetooth radio.  This year it’s the M12 Bluetooth, well not a radio, but a speaker.  Who needs a radio now a days with all the internet stations?  While it’s nice having a loud radio, sometimes it can be a little too much.  That is where the M12 speaker shines.  The speaker is perfect if you are working in a smaller room, on a job site where there isn’t much noise or even if you don’t feel like hauling a bigger radio around.  With the M12 speaker, you can...

Milwaukee M18 Bluetooth Radio Review – Model 2792-20

Milwaukee has been jamming by coming out with new and improved products over the last couple of years.  One thing they have lagged behind on was a cool radio.  Well today that comes to an end.  Milwaukee introduced a cool new radio that has some pretty cool features. Get it at The Tool Nut The first thing you will notice is the nice roll cage to protect the unit.  Being on a job site you are almost guaranteed to either drop the radio or have something fall on it.   On the front of the radio is where you...

Milwaukee M12 Radio

As you know I have upgraded my cordless tools to Milwaukee.  I now have the Milwaukee 18V and the 12V line.  I usually only get the tools I really need, but in this case I had to have both the Milwaukee 18V Cordless Radio and this M12 cordless radio.  I tend to use the M12 inside and the 18V outside.   The unit is powered by Milwaukee’s M12 battery.  The unit does not charge the battery which is understandable since I believe Bosch has the patient on this technology.  Besides the radio comes with a power cord in case the battery goes...

Milwaukee M18 Digital Job Site Radio 2790-20

Let’s add to the Milwaukee M18 reviews and go with the M18 Job Site Radio.  This has been sitting on the back burner for a long time and Dan keeps hounding me to write this.  It’s midnight and decided to pump out another review.  My wife is making muffins and I was lucky enough to get some batter.  For some reason the spoon is huge, but that just means I can shovel more in my mouth and work on my third chin.  Yes we are a little weird, baking and writing at midnight.  Must be a family function tomorrow...
