Bosch hammer drills are known for the rugged abuse they can take. They can also dish out a lot of abuse. Bosch hammer drills use most of the same technology found in the bosh rotary drill. They offer drill only or drill and hammer mode. I still talk with laborers at the construction job and they all agree that these hammer drills have found a place in their line of work.

Bosch Hammer Drills – Bosch offers a wide range of hammer drills. The have keyed chuck systems and SDS systems. Most of their models harness a 6 amp motor, though they have other models that have more power. The Bosch hammer drills have a patented rotating brush plate. The smallest chuck size Bosch offers with a true hammer drill is 1/2″. If you want a smaller bit size you will have to go with a traditional drill that has the hammering option.
